I have been living in Clearview for eight months and I am quite satisfied. The neighborhood is small and quiet, and all of our neighbors have been very polite and private. It seems pretty safe to me, I have not heard anything about any break-ins or thefts. I have even left my laundry in the laundry-room overnight with out any problems. Downsides are the kitchen is very small, and I wish I had a dishwasher, and the decor is very brown and 70's. Also, there is no thermostat for the heating/air, you just have to turn it on or off, which is annoying. I really like the built-in shelving units that separate the kitchen from the living room. All my experiences with the staff, both office and maintenance, have been very positive. They are very friendly and seem eager to help, and they haven't bothered us unnessecarily. I would like to continue living here when our lease is up, but we will be looking for a two-bedroom and unfortunately those are a little pricey here. We only pay four hundred a month for rent on a 1bdr/1bath because we got it during a special deal. I think it is regularly about five hundred to five fifty. Some of the fixtures seem to be kind of cheap, like particle-board or whatever its called, but what can you expect, its an apartment. I would definitely reccomend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live. Also, it is right next door to the post office and a jog away from Greenwood High School.

I think you are a lying piece of ---- too...they've had several changes in staff, a maintenance man who kept stealing prescription drugs from residents apartments, a male leasing agent who, why god only knows, hasn't been slapped in the face with a sexual harassment lawsuit, break-ins in the maintenance shop and leasing office, not to mention the "staff" is never in the office. The new manager is never there and it takes forever for stuff to get done.

Well, I think it's bizarre that you would want to personally attack me when I was only trying to post MY opinion on this neighborhood that I have honestly ENJOYED living in. Your issues with the apartment and staff have nothing to do with my integrity as a person. Name-calling is basic and juvenile. I have never had any of these problems or heard of anyone else having them, but I also pretty much just keep to myself. The "male leasing agent" has never behaved inappropriately with me. Honestly, I have only contacted the maintenance staff once, mostly when we have problems we just fix them ourselves because we don't like strangers coming into our home, but the one time he did come and show us how to reset the garbage disposal, he was super nice and friendly.
