I cannot speak highly enough about this complex and their staff. Very clean, quite and comfortable place to live. The two times I ve called maintenance they were there in the same day or the following day depending on when I called. It's an older complex but very well kept and they are working on the grounds all the time making improvements.

If you are into plants, etc. they have units with patio's and places to plant flowers or anything else you like. Very nice!!

I travel from time to time and the office staff is great about checking on my apartment making sure everything is ok.

Shopping, Restaurants and a Golf Course close by. If you are looking for a great place to live, south side of Indy and just minutes to 15-20 minutes to downtown, this is the place to be.

Washer Dryer has been added to my rent which brought it to a total of $523.00.

the other review seems to be in disagreement with you - is it really that quiet and clean? quiet is a big thing for me - does it just depend on which part of Valle Vista you are in?

Any apartment you move into, whether it be 1200 a month or 300 a month, it someone lives above or next to you with crazy ass loud kids, its going to be noisy, its all about luck on that part.

I live in a downstairs apt. and it really is loud. When the people walk across the floor the floor boards creak with every step and then they don't seem to know how to walk without stomping which makes it worse. The sound does travel which makes it seem like the ceiling is going to cave in when they are making unecessary noises. The maintenance is good and I'm just now working with the office about the noise upstairs so I will see what comes of that. But all in all if you have disrespectful neighbors you can forget about any peace and quiet at all.

I have lived in the Courts for about 10 months. I LOVE IT HERE! But, you are right, the neighbors upstairs... I think he beats the crap out of his wife all over that apartment! They have no kids, but either they have concrete blocks for feet, or they have no idea how to walk! Or maybe she exercises? I don't know, but it's soooooo loud.
