I lived at The Courts of Valle Vista for 2 years and would recommend it. The apartment manager actually told me about this site when I was moving out. In all the years I lived in apartments this was the first time I had a stress-free move out. I was very surpised when 2 weeks after I moved out I recieved my security deposit back. I left the apartment very clean but never expected it that soon. That is why I am leaving this on here because I would like the staff to know. The apartments themselves could use some updates but the price is good and the location couldn't be better. I hope this helps everyone.
