I moved into Devonshire July 15, 2006 and have had no regrets.
I absolutely love how professional and friendly everyone is.
It is extremely difficult to find such a luxury place in or around the Greenwood area.
I live in a one bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a Roman-style soaking tub, plus so many more upgrades which are very hard to find anywhere else.
The staff were very helpful when I moved in, including waiving my administration fee, my deposit, and a pro-rated fee (basically letting me live there for free for half a month!)The community isn't very large but its so classy, no problems at all, and everyone is impressed when I show them my home at Devonshire!
