The office staff were very nice and would help with any problems you have. Maintenance was quick to respond when something went wrong. My only gripe was that the one bedrooms did not have any closet space! You do not get a walk in closet and you get a small hall closet and that's it. So if you are a person with lots of clothes you hang up, be ready to buy furniture to hold them all...or look into getting a 2br. Other than that I would not have moved if it wasn't so far from I65.
