I've lived at Devonshire for over 3 yrs now, because of the inconvenience of moving I stayed here. The handicapped parking isn't clearly marked if it snows. It took months before I could get a sign up, so hopefully no one would take my handicapped place in the winter when the snow covers the parking spots. The place isn't as clean as it used to be. The pool isn't heated as long as it used to be during the pool season. There are cigarette butts all over the grounds, kids play in the halls and leave their bikes in the halls. You're not supposed to have anything in the halls, but my neighbors have alot of moving boxes in the hall and they've been there for a month and no one has made them move the boxes. Rules just aren't enforced. The rent has gone up considerably during this time, along with the noise. The floors are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking around. My 1st apartment flooded because I was on the ground floor and the water came through at the foundation and I had to be moved to another apartment. The pool is supposed to close at 10:00 pm and it took a few calls to the police before the apartment complex would reinforce their own rules and close the pool at night so people living by the pool could sleep.
