Dealing with the staff is a chore!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The apartments themselves are very nice, altough a little expenseive at their new rates of approximately $1000 for a two bedroom). The office staff, however, is a different story. They say everything with a smile, but it is obvious that they care very little for the residents. It may be simply that they do not have the experience necessary to manage an apartment complex (as they are extremely young), or simply that they don't care. Either way, I would stay away from Devonshire if your decision has to do with staff quality.
