I moved into Devonshire last July and have not had any problems since moving in. Any time something is wrong with my apartment I either call or go into the office and am welcomed. The ladies in the office are extremely nice and my issues have been resolved quickly.
The fitness center and computers with interenet are great and can t wait for the pool to open outside. Some people I know said it is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are always well maintained and in the mornings when I leave for work I see someone walking the community picking up trash. Dogs are always kept on leashes and are picked up after (unlike some communities that we looked at in the past). This is the first apartment I lived at which doesn t have a weight limit restriction.
I love the layout of the two bedroom apartments. The two bathrooms are nice to have when people are visiting. The apartments have so much storage- I absolutely love the walk in closet off of the master. The garden tubs are very large and are so relaxing after having a long day at work!! The balconies are a good size and have plenty of room to put flowers, and a table and chairs. The tanning bed and fitness center are great to have because now I don t have to pay out of pocket to sign up for a gym membership somewhere else or pay to go tan.
I just don t understand where all the negative feedback is coming from. I have not had a bad experience and I ve almost been here a year. Devonshire is a great place to live and I look forward to renewing my lease soon and continuing my stay!!!!
