Emerald Lakes

Often rent discounts. Very nice, clean, although near interstate which is a bit noisey; well insulated; neighbors are friendly and polite and noise is only noticeable around doorways, garages available; w/d hook-up; lots of storage in apt.; very sturdy and private balconies. I will say maintenance is good, but they have complete access to my apt. when I am gone, and I do not like that about any apt. Utility room is huge. Entrance is locked and a separate door goes from my hallway upstairs to the foyer of the aptmt building. Lots of exits in case of fire and parking spaces are usually enough close by. Interstate while noisey is easily accessible. Great area for children, shopping, and near Indianapolis metro area, about fifteen minutes. Many churches in area. I don't know of a laundry; I have my own w/d. I don't know if office is in on weekends. staff are polite.I never had security problems. I don't go to gym, but it requires a card to get in with a magnetic strip. Don't know percentage of increase for rent. I have been here over six months. I do not remember deposit amt; I do not think it was excessive.
