The community is okay. Our apartment faces the pond/lake, which is the primary reason we don't want to leave. The grounds are very well maintained. Most of the office staff is rude and they talk about you behind your back. If there is a maintenance problem, it will take 2 days before anyone shows up, as long as the person in the office actually wrote it up (which doesn't always happen). Security in the gym has improved. Parking lot is not very well lit at night. Since windows are all on one side of the apartment, there is no cross ventilation. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

The apartment is reasonable good. We went to several apartments and there when we opened the main door, the dining room was hidden. Compared to that it is really good. The only hitch is maintenance. It takes several days before they send the maintenance person and the same problem crops up again.. Our thermostat doesn't work half the time. I don't have much to say about the office staff since I don't think anyone can be cloyingly sweeter than them ;-) GYM is really suffocating. There is one big trash system near the club house for the whole set of apartments in the complex.
