maintenance is absolutely horrible...seems to be the common thought. staff is friendly but maintenance always takes several days, jobs are half done and don't bother even calling emergency maintenance. even though they live on site expect to wait for a call back.....i waited 30 minutes on a lock out call....then another 15 for them to show up. he was rude and seemed bothered to be there. rent is a little high but we like the space.
