We have lived here for just over a year and have not had any major problems. The ones we have had they have taken care of. When we renewed our lease the rent raised $30 a month but we thought it was worth that to stay here. My favorite part about living here is the area. There are great walking trails all arround. I have never worried about my car parked out front. We have even left one of our cars for a week or two while on vacation. Never a problem with safety. I can walk my dog at night and not worry. Our neighbors have been great and friendly. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
