When the manager was out of town I had a very difficult time dealing with office staff and maintenance. Fortunatly Carmen, the manager is understandable and fixed our problems as sonn as she returned. As long as you don't have any run ins with head of maintenance you will be fine living here.

Hello Lynn, We are very sorry that you currently feel this way. Please do understand that we went above and beyond all requests that you asked of us as a staff. We have had terminex provide services to your apartment many times along with our maintenance crew providing all services within our power to remedy any issues that you currently had. Please note that many of the items you have mentioned were never brought to the office's attention during the course of your lease term. Without notifying the office, we can not provide services to your apartment. PLease also know that when a pest control service is offered, they can not provide any other remedy besides traps when there are minors in the home. Please know that we talked to the pest control service many times and gave you items to do that would help control the issue until their services were able to be completed as we are not licensed to provide that service. We are very sorry that you feel our staff is not sincere and courteous as we have been more than helpful and compliant with all of your needs. Our staff is an award winning staff who cares for all residents and knows each by name. We care for our residents and are very sorry that a mouse issue that is very prominent in any community or home at this time of the year has caused you to feel so negative about a community that will bend over backwards for its residents.
