Apartment questions for 2 bedroom

I live close to this community in another complex but noticed Emerald Lakes after moving in to this community. The area looks very nice. What was your experience with move-in conditions of the apartment? How would you rate the office staff? Are they very personable or snobby? I like the idea of the monthly resident gatherings. Are residents respectful to each other? Is the size of the apartment worth what you pay in rent? Are residents respectful of their animals and pick up after them while walking them? My experience, where I live now, wasn't a good one but it wasn't the worst either. Maintence over here is very slow and may respond to your request, which is very sad. They don't have community gatherings. Though where I am at seems to be very peaceful with the neighbors. Thank you for your time in advance.

Yea, when i moved in, i actually had a friend let me know about the place because i havent heard of it. I went in and the girls at the front were awesome, i spoke with two girls and i think the names were heather and jessica, but not sure...they are very nice and have been so great since i've moved in. I moved into the Waterford and love it...i feel i'm paying a reasonable amount for my apartment. It is a little higher than some places but I'm paying for the luxury i guess. Make sure though that if you do have a pet, you pick up because ive heard of them fining a couple people for not picking up just so you know.I love it here so far.

We have lived here a few months. There is no dog poo around because they take it seriously I guess. We dog sat for our son one day and I didn't imediately pick the poo up so it could 'set up' a little and it was bagged and on my porch later in the day. Anyhow, maintenance is kinda slow here, but they are very friendly staff and the place is so nice and relaxing.

I have lived her for a month, and I have a two dog one of which is only 6 weeks. And I pick after my older one, and have only seen a few that people have not picked up. I have the two bedroom and love it, there is lots of room. The price is a little higher that other apartments but I think for what I'm getting its worth it. I love that I don't have a monthly pet rent like with most other places. Maintenance have been great have only had to call them a couple of times, and they got to me that day or I got a call from the office telling me why they couldn't come that day and that I'm first on the list for tomorrow. The girls in the office are the best, I have never felt more at home with any other apartment. I will be living her for awhile.
