I live close to this community in another complex but noticed Emerald Lakes after moving in to this community. The area looks very nice. What was your experience with move-in conditions of the apartment' How would you rate the office staff' Are they very personable or snobby' I like the idea of the monthly resident gatherings. Are residents respectful to each other' Is the size of the apartment worth what you pay in rent' Are residents respectful of their animals and pick up after them while walking them' My experience, where I live now, wasn't a good one but it wasn't the worst either. Maintence over here is very slow and may respond to your request, which is very sad. They don't have community gatherings. Though where I am at seems to be very peaceful with the neighbors. Yea, when i moved in, i actually had a friend let me know about the place because i havent heard of it. I went in and the girls at the front were awesome, i spoke with two girls and i think the names were heather and jessica, but not sure...they are very nice and have been so great since i've moved in. I moved into the Waterford and love it...i feel i'm paying a reasonable amount for my apartment. It is a little higher than some places but I'm paying for the luxury i guess. Make sure though that if you do have a pet, you pick up because ive heard of them fining a couple people for not picking up just so you know.I love it here so far.
