Greenwood Ghetto! Stay away!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
The maintenance SUCKS, it's a new maintenance person nearly every week. All they are interested in is getting your money, on the rare occasion that they fix something, it's cheap and sloppy. In the time I have been here they have gone from just OK to HORRID!
