AVOID THIS PROPERTY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Do NOT rent here...it sounds wonderful and perfect ... AT FIRST! I have been repeatedly lied to and have been threatened with eviction for paying my rent ONE WEEK LATE! I now have to pay an extra $300 because they filed an eviction notice with their attorney after ONE WEEK! The property manager that was there when I moved in had me sign the wrong document for security deposit and the new property manager is making me pay the difference of $101 for the special of the month when I moved in. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life. The turnover is profound. If you talk to someone, make sure you DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT!!! They will claim that you didn't talk to anyone and the person that helped you will not be working there to back you up. Vicki is the current property manager...good luck! She has terrible people skills and is almost impossible to deal with. She has a control issue and is unwilling to work with her tenants. She would rather evict you and collect the attorney fees than treat you as an individual. It is obvious that she needs a job where she doesn't deal with the public and has little control because she will just abuse it.
