Honey Creek Apartments

One of the Worst From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Like everyone else has mentioned on here, the trash is overflowing, there's never anyone in the office, and they never fix anything in the apartment. There are kids running around hitting your car with themselves, their bikes, or balls. In the 3 bedroom building, there's a family that lives there who has like 12 kids along with themselves. I always heard my neighbors, alarm clocks, showers, toilets, anything you can think of... The parking lot always had an old white truck with the windows down just sitting there. It never once moved for the whole year we lived there. The parking lot flooded up to the bottoms of our doors on our cars, and we were parked on the high end of the parking lot. All of the mailboxes are located at the office, which means that it's an inconvenience along with the fact that they give you one mailbox key. And like most have said on here, the price is nice, but it's not worth it. If you want a nice apartment for cheap, go to Meridian Oaks, it's just down the street, and they actually keep to their word.
