Meridian Oaks Apartments

NO, NO, NO!! read! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   i moved in to meridian oaks this year and after six months of putting up with all there bs i got out of my lease. Yes, I had to pay quit a bit of money but it was worth it. First off, the dishwasher was broken and it took someone three days to even come look at it. Next, the noise. OMG! They looked very nice and well kept up the first time i viewed an apartment there. They are so lousy built you do not even know. My boyfriend and I lived on the third floor and we both worked second shift and got home about 130. You can hear someone walking up the stairs no matter what floor your on. They are built very cheap! The next morning we got a complaint that we were being to loud when we were walking up the stairs late at night. WTF! The apartment is filled with old people. Now we are in our younger 20s and on our days off we would have our friends over at night. We got so many complaints about too many people coming in and out of our apartment. Now we are aloud to only have so many people over' HMM... The lady below us said that our dog peed and crapped on our balcony. UM im pretty sure he's potty trained lady. The girl across the hall always blared her music and never got in trouble for it but if we turned on music the lady below us would beat on her ceiling. We also got a complaint that when we pulled in at night our music was to loud...HMM i cant even have my music on when i pull in'' One night I was taking out the trash(small female here) and a guy approached me that was very weird acting and started askin me all these questions. Come to find out he just moved in on the second floor but everytime i was outside he magically appeared. I always carried my mase with me outside at night. I pulled in one days and saw the matience guy standin my the stairs and i looked in my mirror and he was pointing his finger to come here. I got out and he got up in my face and started cursing at me about me not cleaning up my dogs poop. i told the property manager and she did nothing about it! She said it was hard to believe that he would get up in my face and start cursing. Well when my boyfriend came down he automatically stopped and got cool with me.''' I had black spots show up on my carpet and rented a rug doctor a couple times. They kept coming back tho. The office staff told me that they would have there carpet cleaners come and clean and i told them about it five times and i am moving out on Oct.31 in 5 days and still i havent seen that carpet cleaned. The office staff slacks at there jobs and half the time doesnt even know whats going on. Well theres more but im tired of writing. So if your considering Meridian Oaks think again! Especially if your younger
