New Mgmt seeks profit at all costs

The new management (the 3rd in one year) evidentally is trying to make a quick profit turnaround. Several recent tenants found that arrangements with former management were no longer valid. The management has taken an unfortunate attitude in attempting to intimidate those wishing to leave by forcing penalties and fines for not renewing; to wit, a $100 fee for going month to month, plus an increase of $150 per month in rent (without appropriate notice), an insistance on 60 days notice to vacate (finepoints in the lease make this highly debateable for those willing to get a lawyer) and intimidation with the walk-throughs.
Historically, there is a refusal to fix major problems, and according to some of the employees, an aggressive frugality to basics and infrastructure that is problematic for the maintenance crews who try to keep the place up as best they can.
Tactics by the leasing office to decrease vacancies make this a complex to avoid.
