My wife and I moved in a year ago and things were great at first. However, the owners of the property sold the apartment village to another property management company who then fired all of the office staff (except for maintenance). The new staff isn't very helpful at all. What used to take maybe 2 days at most to fix now takes about 3 weeks (if at all). They are supposed to be responsible for snow and ice removal but we had to go get ice melt and a snow shovel and do it ourself because they don't take care of it that often or at all.

Very true the office staff needs to be fired asap. The property manager is worthless!!!!!!
