I have lived here for a year, my room mate has lived here 3 years. We love it. We have not had any problems with Maimt. or the office. The staff for the most part has always been very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is our neighbors....when they have people over they always park in the very front spots. We generally have to park over by the carports and walk two buildings down to get to our apartment. Other than the parking, we love it! We will be staying for a while Im sure!
