My wife and I have lived here one year, and here are a list of grievances:
1. We have had to call maintenance about no air conditioning twice.
2. Our bath tub has leaked because of bad pipes twice.
3. Our refrigerator insulation has caused a smell they refuse to fix until after we move.
4. There are a list of rules on your lease that stipulate the way you park, and what times of the day you can move in/out, and vacuum.
5. They do not deice the road at all, trust me, I got in a wreck because of it, and they claimed no responsibility.
6. Maintenance is slow.
7. They do not care to listen when you express your concerns.
8. Inadequate parking.
There are more that could be added to this list, but trust me, if you want to live without the annoyances common to apartment complexes, look elsewhere.

As to the air conditioner going out, did they come to repair the problem? In my experience here our air also went out but they responded with in an hour and repaired my problem. This is an older community you will have issues with things breaking and going out, I have had a better experience here than from my last apartment the was BRAND NEW! I personally think that our new office staff has done a great job in making this a noce comunity with great activities for us.
