When I first moved in here the maintance was great. Now it takes you 3 weeks to get someone to look at something and then they tell you nothing is wrong and you have to contact the manager to attempt to get them to fix the problem. They refuse to replace appliances which need to be.

We have not had any problems with the maintenace here. We actually feel that this group of guys are one of the better maintenance teams we have experienced. They are always courteous, prompt and helpful with any issues that we've had. I would recommend this community to anyone and everyone!!
