Old owner was great, but the new owner must be in with the New World Order stuff.
All cars are monitored with a towing company, if flat tires or expired plates your car will be towed in 72 hours. Late fee s, well if late just one day you will be threatened by attorney fee s and eviction notices within less than the ten days of paying rent including and must be money order etc. If you have neighbors playing loud music thumping or knocking: like me, a letter is sent to them without any remorse with law enforcement or the sanctity of your home unlike the previous owners of Mission Hills Village Apartments. This once was a haven of quiet, and respect between management and residents without the threat of eviction or the towing of cars even having just a flat tire. I wonder, maybe they soon should judge how old a car must be before towing to upkeep the appearance of the management property.

In response to this review, you have 5 days with NO late fee to pay your rent. After that you do have a late fee, from my experience that is actually better than most as usually u have 3 days before late fees are charged. As to cars being tagged and towed who wants to see cars with flat tires and ones that don't run sitting in the parking lot? Not me or my family I am glad that the office and maintenance wants to keep the property looking nice.
