My husband and I have lived here for more than 2 years, and starting on a third. Maintenance is great... We reported a problem (heater not working) and they had someone out in 15 minutes. The walls are nice and thick, so we don't get noise from all the surrounding apartments, and they're very pet-friendly. In addition, the other residents are very courteous, and I feel very safe. We've been pretty happy here, and don't plan on moving until we're ready to buy a house.

Unfortunately, there isn't adequate parking, at least in our little alcove. There are lots of carports and garages, which you have to pay for, but not so much in the way of free parking. But, that's the only real drawback.
