The apartments are beautiful. Very spacious at a decent price. The leasing staff and "maintenance" crew are pathetic. Anytime I've been to the leasing office, there's a sign stuck to the door that says, 'At a meeting, will return tomorrow.' The sidewalks have been cleared ONCE this winter. There is a part-time maintenance man. During my first week in the apartment, my heat went out. I called the emergency number (the leasing agent's cell phone) and was told no one could be there for at least 2 days because they were up visiting family in Wisconsin. They suggested that I fix the furnace myself and they would pay me for my time. I found this to be a problem. There is one dumpster and it is only dumped once a week. Trash is overflowing all the time. There is no clubhouse or pool or playground which I assume keeps costs down. It's not a terrible place to live, but I'm not renewing my lease because of the customer service problems.

Where do I start. I called there today 2/29 to get information about leasing and apartment and a lady answered the phone yelling about a health inpector and than hung up on me. So I called back several times because I had no clue what was going on and got hung up on everytime. She called me back and apologized going on about someone else and I was unsure about it all and she hung up on me say Jesus. Hmm, I called and left a message for someone else to call me but her, her name was Lisa and they called me back saying they were not leasing at that time and hung up. That whole experience I must say was so unprofessional and dont know where the heck it came from. Needless to say, I dont think I need to go there, their apartments are cute, but sounds like customer service wouldnt be so cute!

I just started living at Park Madison and the maintenance man has been more than helpful with a minor problem that I had. There is a new Manager now and has been very nice and helpful with any questions that I have. The apartments are huge and the nicest I have ever lived at. They were understanding of some credit issues that I had and allowed me to move in despite the fact that I had a bankruptcy in the past. I read where you said the recent manager was rude, I can't believe this as I have never seen her even have a bad day. If you're going to post a review let's be honest. If you want a great place to live check out Park Madison!!!!

I once was the daughter of the manager of park madison, and let me just say, i have seen the apartments since we stopped managing and it has turned to crap! We cleaned the parking lot, we cleaned up the snow, vacummed the hallways, took care of most maintence issues in the same day. Park madison has truly turned to crap. The warm cozy feeling it once held has deminished.

ralfsmango, you need to get a life and find something to do ..if you have a a problem with the management staff...try working it out or telling them your concerns rather than voice them on the computer like someone who doesn't have a backbone!

ive been here three years and the place has taken a 180 for the better! so take it from me, I know what it's looked like and how nice it has recently become!
