Park Madison has taken care of the dumpster problems as they have a second one now and a new manager, Lisa who is fantastic. She is nice and very professional. The maintenance guy is on it and usually fixes the problem the same day of call. Although I have only had one issue in my two years living here. The rent is by far the best for the square footage and location. I love it here and plan to stay for a long time!!!!
