Leasing agent claims to be a certified paralegal but yet refuse's to give the owners name and phone number on request and then comment back with "Good luck contacting the owner, they don't even live in state". Little does the leasing agent know that a quick call to the accessors office can fix getting the owners information.
I think the units are very nice if you want to live there but if you ever have an issue you will feel helpless when it comes to contacting the office staff.

Normally when I have a complaint against me its from someone who can't pay their rent or is late. As exactly the case in this situation.. If you can't afford to live here and you can't pay your rent then I'm sorry if I seem rude when I call and ask for it, politely. The owners prefer me not to give out their number, therefore, if a request is made to speak to the owners, then I will gladly take down their number and have the owners call them. It would be much quicker than going to the assessors office. It's a good idea to rent somewhere that works with your budget. Every tenant here knows I bend over backwards for them.

Before you go even further and think you have it pegged who this is, you are mistaken again. I was never a tenant, and do not know you other than when I came in to look at a place and you were the worst person I have ever met. I then asked for the owners info so I could make a complaint about your attitude and you went ballistic and threatened, and became belligerent.
