I wanted a quiet place in Greenwood, and found it! I searched all over Greenwood and for the price and square footage I couldn't find better, plus my apt is beautiful. The manager really worked with me on holding an apartment before I moved in and had it looking stunning once I finally did move in. It's quiet, the neighbors are all nice and it's small and in the perfect little spot in cute old Greenwood.

I have lived here almost since the complex opened. There have been only positive changes, for the most part. Leasing is so much better and always around and avail, but maintenance doesn't seem to be around much but really haven't needed them too much. It's nice, big quiet and unique. Wish my rent was less than 700.
