I was very unhappy with this apartment complex.

For one, the apartments are too tiny to even bother with a husband and a child.

The 2 bedroom was around 600 sqft.

They had recently "refurbished" our apartment, which made it look nice, but it still had problems that should have been fixed.

It was more of a cosmetic makeover, and not dealing with the real problems.

However, the problems they did fix they fixed quickly.

Too many to list that remain unfixed.

They aren't very clear about what is going on when you are late on a payment.

The court sends you letters that you don't understand, and you recieve no correspondance from the apartment complex at all.

Also, I could hear every single thing the woman above me did.

She woke up my baby vaccuuming at 5 am, I could hear the bedsprings on her bed at night, I could hear her urinating while I was taking a bath, and I could hear every step she took around the apartment.

It drove us nuts, especially with a newborn baby.

I could imagine all the crying she heard from our child.

The landscape is very pretty, and they did repave the drives, which was much needed.

They built newer apartments in the back, which is good, but there are still so many teeny tiny apartments left.

They need to combine every apartment into two.

Overall, I wasn't too happy.

Their acceptance policy is very lenient, so if you have shaky or no credit, this place is a safe bet.

Although, that would be a good look at your neighbors.

A lot of teens.
