It is older, but kept up nice

I've stayed here for almost a year and will be moving in the next 2 weeks.
The rent is reasonable and they offer cable television through the management which is at a good price too.
The apartments are older which means older pipes and fixtures.
The kitchen appliances are newer and nice, except for my dishwasher is a joke, dishes come out with white film on them which means you need to re-rinse them yourself.
Bathroom and kitchen tile needs replaced.
It was kinda gross when i realized they repainted the walls in the bathroom, they painted a hair onto the wall.
It is a nice and quiet area, except for the traffic is bad in the afternoon hard to get in and out of the complex.
Good location close to restaurants, Park Mall, gas and groceries.
I'm noticing more bugs in the apartment now that it is the summer months.
The maintenance crew is good.
I've had a few problems and they were all finished by the end of the day and with only one call to the business office.
They keep the yards kept clean and plant flowers which makes it look nice too..
Right now they are workin on repaving the parking lots.
