Upon moving out - Polo Run will attempt to get money out of you.

DO REMEMBER to do a walk through inspection BEFORE you move in and AFTER you move out.

I recommend using a video camera so you can document the condition of the apartment because if not; they will charge you a high amount of money.

Basically they will charge whatever they think that you will pay.

Polo Run will charge for "damaged" carpet, "smoked up" walls and "missing" items.

PLEASE be careful.
