I have lived here for 7 years and love it. I have read over the reviews and I am apauled! I have seen seen people move in and out and have had several different neighbors. There have been some bad apples here and there but nothing major. I do not think people understand that crime happens everywhere. Why would you call the apt. office if there are drunk neighbors all over the place' That is a police issue!
Maintenance has a great garauntee and they always follow through with it.
I believe also that many of these people who wrote bad things about Polo Run have been evicted, bad tenants or never satisfied with anything. Get a life!!!
It is sad that people are trying to give such a great place to live such a bad name.
