I lived there for 3 years and only left because I built a house. It's like 30 some years old but doesn't look it. The apartments are pretty small, but you won't get service like this anywhere else, they actually pay you if they don't show up the same day to fix anything. I know because once the office forgot to tell the maintenance about my dripping faucet, not only did they come out the very next day but I got 25 bucks off my rent!!!!!!!!! There maintenance crew is very smart and have to go to school just to work there, they all live there too so if you have an emergency they show up quick.They have a lot of community partys that don't cost you a thing with air jumps, food, & live music. I would recommend this place to anyone who was has had to deal with shoddy maintenance, or wants to live in a place that the people really care.
