I cannot believe some of these negative reviews! What a crock! Let's take the one for example that claimed two years worth of bad service. First of all, why would you live somewhere for two years if it were so bad' Secondly, doesn't it strike you as funny that almost every bad review says something about them being mad that they couldn't get out of their lease, or they were charged for something at move out'' Funny, when they explained the lease to me, I was under the impression that it was a legal document therefore, I decided to read it! Get a clue, read your lease and stop trashing your apartment and then expecting Polo Run to foot the bill for your filth.
I loved living here. All of my neighbors were wonderful. I live in a house now, but I met people there that I still keep in contact with now. They do so much for you when you live there. I remember they had a resident appreciation week and stood outside in the freezing cold of winter and handed out muffins and juice for breakfast, and I leave for work at 6 in the morning!! Now that is customer service! Don't listen to all of these people that have some beef with them over something that was probably their fault for doing anyway. I would recommend Polo Run to anyone.
