This wasn't the best place I have lived, but it is far from the worst.

Maintenance is pretty good.

The apartments are dated so things do break once in awhile, but they are pretty good about fixing everything.

Noise level is pretty good, from the other apartments at least.

Expect kids to be playing on the basketball court all night during the summer though.

Not bad kids, just played b-ball at weird times.

Management seemed alright, didn't deal with them alot though.

I would say it is a decent apartment for the price.
