i have had a few maint issues,but they were taking care of quickly.the grounds are kept up very well(for being about 30 years old).there are a few undesirable people who make my place of living trashy.the grounds keepers keep up very well with the place.the office staff have always been friendly to us,and always ask if everything in my apt is ok or not.the maint staff each time they have been at my place have been very courteous...love the open grounds and full mature trees..great for walking my dogs
