I lived at Polo Run and left as soon as my lease was up. Most of my neighbors were ok, but the staff is TERRIBLE! The Manager, Cheryl, has absolutely no clue how to run an apartment complex. Every time I had a question or one of MANY service requests, she was either not there to talk to or she would pass me off to someone else because she did not know how to handle the complaint. Whoever is in charge of rent there is clueless too. My rent check was not deposited for almost two months at one point and they tried to tell me that they never received it. After they finally realized that they paid SOMEONE ELSE'S RENT with it I didn't even get an apology, only threats to be sent to a collection agency and evicted.

My deposit has yet to be returned to me even though I went through my apartment with the maintenance person and signed off that there were no charges.

This place is awful and anyone who chooses to live here is a fool.

I agree, i lived there for 3 years, at first things went well. But things to watch out for are the bottom level apts. They collect water in the hallways and the sewer backs up. We had raw sewer in the hallwaythat we had to walk through dozens of times. We had complaints of the maintenance staff, one guy had motorcycle tuning events there and he had 2 trucks with no plates on them. I had a car stolen there and ran back in the back of the apts and left there after he ran it up on a curb and messed it up. I left on a business trip the following day and they towed my car before i got back cause my plate had expired. We had people throw items out of the next door window when they got mad at the roommate, the items were left there for 4 days. Broken glass, toys, food, underwear, they apt complex said they couldnt do anything. I was furious since there were little kids going through the items taking toys, talk about a liablity with the borken glass laying around. Cockroaches in the hallway, that is what got me to pack up and leave. 5 calls before we had an exterminator in the hallway, and he only came once. To top it all off, there was a person who was pooping in the hallway, then urinating next to it at different times. The maintenance staff came to clean it up the 2nd time and said that it had been worse before. SOMEONE HAD POOPED IN A WASHING MACHINE. We were out of there within a month after that. I can only say good luck if you move in.
