We have only been at Polo Run for just uner 6 months, but we really like it here. Being a former military family, we have lived in many apartments under various owners/companies. So we feel we can compare at this point. Polo Runs staff is great. They are always responsive to our needs and do what they can to work with us. They have never came into our apartment unless it was prearranged with me or my husband. The hold socials frequently at no cost to residents...most recently a pool party and a pig roast. There is food, activities for the kids and gets you on a social level with your neighbors, which is GREAT! We have had no problems with the apartment as stated in a previous post, which the exception of a small leak within the air conditioning unit that was immediately taken care of by their professional staff. We plan on transferring into a larger apartment to suit our needs...but it will be within the Polo Run community....they have kept us pretty happy here.
