Don't rent at Polo

Polo Run sucks! Noisy neighbors, cheap apartments, rude office staff, the list goes on and on. Maintenance staff do come into the apartments too often. I'm very clean and I always heard that they charged ridiculous fees upon move out. I thought that those people probably deserved the move out fees. But, when it happened to me, I thought differently. When I did move out, they charged me for carpet cleaning and the carpet was clean. No one ever wore their shoes in my apartment. It was only 70 bucks and I paid it, but it's still the principle behind it. They do not screen their tenants like some other writers have said. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people using the bathroom, yelling, playing music, and having sex. There is also a lot of construction. Don't count on sleeping in on the weekends with the noise. People usually start getting up around 8am. The price might be affordable for someone starting out but stay away. You'll thank yourself later. If you have kids, don't subject them to this trashy environment.
