In the past year, the very inexperienced office staff at Polo Run has let many unsavory residents into the community, which has brought messes all over the lawns (residents who repeatedly do not clean up after pets) as well as a very significant rodent problem in my apartment.

I have caught 10 mice in the past two months in my apartment.

Additionally, the police get called to various apartments often, and there are occasional episodes in which neighbors are extremely noisy.

If you can afford it, choose to move in somewhere else!
