This is the second Edward Rose property I have rented with, the other one was Latitudes off of 65.

That property is great compared to Polo Run! I am absalutely flabergasted as to what the customer service or lack there of is here! We have been waiting for 2 months now to get our refridgerator fixed, not to mention a few weeks ago the maintenance staff turned off the water in our building and failed to mention to anyone that they did that, so I was late an hour to work because I had no running water for over an hour! I have complained twice to the front office, also written a letter as to how poor their service is and I have yet to ever receive any word back or anything to help solve my problems! I work in customer service and I can absalutely say the front office doesn't give two sh*ts about it's residents, and the problems they have! So if you're looking for a nice, quiet place to live, this is NOT the place! On any given night there are car alarms going off on peice of crap cars that dont' even need them, parties in the parking lots, loud domestic disputes right outside your window and not to mention rude, inconsiderate kids who run around outside to all hours of the night.

This complex is the most trashiest place I've ever lived in and I'm screaming to get out!!! So think twice about coming here, the rent will be 'cheap' at first glance, but for what you get.....it's NOT WORTH IT!

Update #2: Okay, so it's now spring and I would have to say this winter, although pretty normal for Indiana, in terms of this complex, if you want to be safe walking to your car and not slipping, or even wrecking your car just to get out of the complex, forget it! They did not do ANY snow removal and when we complained, they 'said' they'd do something but they never did.

They take your complaints with a grain of salt.

It's absalutely rediculous, there are no words for the kind of management that runs this place! Every time I walk into the office, one or more girls are in there talkin on their cell phones, feet propped up on the desk and give you this look like it's too much to ask for them to end their conversation and help you! All I have to say is I'm soooooooooooooo glad my lease is up in two months because I can't stand another day here!

Update: Since I've last written this review things have gotten even worse.

People are moving in and out constantly in my building and that right there should be a sign...don't rent here! But to get to my point, the people that have moved in about 3 months ago are juveniles that constantly loiter outside my apartment, literally sitting right next to my door and watch me as I will leave and lock my door still sitting right there! They refuse to be quiet, even when the cops are called, that seems to just rawl them up more.

Management doesn't do anything about it except send out letters to us, the tenants that have to put up with them saying that we will be fined if the juveniles don't stop doing what they're doing! Nice job management! These kids think they are unstoppable and don't have to listen to anyone.

They sit on my car and others, touch other peoples property that isn't theirs, and that to me is serious violation! I don't want to live in a place where I have to keep constant watch on my car because stupid a** kids can't leave well enough alone! The cops can only do so much and I understand and respect that, but at this point I feel helpless in what can be done to get through to these imbeciles that they need to respect others right to privacy and peace, especially with others so close in proximity!

So if you're already signed your lease....good luck!

WOW, it amazes me that you can live in a city where there is actually winter!!! How do you survive when you have to walk around and there is snow or ice on the ground??!?! Come on, grow up and buy a pair of boots!

Y'know when someone says they'll clean off the snow and ice they should do it, end of story. My apt. complex does. The point of this is that that place is complete trash. No one but trashy, rude idiots live there intentionally!

Alot of stuff you say is true about polo run. The only problem I had was my neighbors upstairs and next to me. But they dont last six months. Its an ok place to live but not the best. I have had drunk people try to come in my apartment at night thats why I keep my door locked. But its better than living in places I have been before. Ever since they got someone from edward rose to run the office they have been helpful and maintenance has done there job. I had one guy try to fix my a/c for two weeks and finally got me a new one which was great. Now like I said this stuff with the cops, neighbors and stupid teenagers can happen anywhere. I use to live in a nice place were you can keep you door unlocked but since getting my own place I had to go back on a budget. They dont clean off the sidewalks but they put salt down which helps. But its winter and winter sucks. But I agree with alot of what you say and congrads on finding a better place.
