Polo Run Apartments and Edward Rose of Indiana are just money hungry.
They don't care about their tenants.
When you move out - they will find every single thing they can to charge you for - even if it's a result to them not doing their job in the first place.
I would never suggest this apartment complex to anyone! If you are thinking of moving here, please look around before you make your decision because you will get screwed over.
This apartment complex is notorious for bad management and in my opinion - one of the worst apartment complexes in Greenwood.

This is different from other apartment complexes how? Every single apartment complex I have lived in since 1998 has always charged me for every single thing they find. That's why number 1, you appropriately fill out the check list when you move in. And if you have continual problems it is your responsibility to keep track of phone calls and requests and such that have ben neglected. I assure you there are many more apartments that are much lower than Polo Run. If you can find a better apartment complex in Greenwood with that price tag, without some problems, then you aren't looking correctly. I have been most pleased with Polo Run, I think the worst thing so far is the -------- that moved in and brought their 10million friends named roaches and then left. But I can't blame Polo Run for that, because they actually came through of their own accord, paid hundreds of dollars to spray and bait an ENTIRE building to eradicate the roach infestation. They had the roaches gone in less than two weeks...tell me...how is that bad management?

You are absolutely right about Polo Run. The poster of the first response is obviously an idiot. I've been in the same place. I've kept track of all the things wrong and made tons of calls. The staff simply does not do their jobs. Yeah, you'll see maintenance quickly. But nothing will be done. Ever. And then you'll be charged for it.

I 100% agree with the person who wrote this! The 1st reviewer cracks me up. I lived at Polo Run and it isn't because some ---- moved in that you have roaches. It was a continual problem when I lived there. Yes, they did come and spray and try to fix the problem but the roaches always came back. I live in another apartment complex now in Greenwood - and I have never had a roach, or even bug, problem.

I too moved into a better complex within 3 blocks and $40 - Washer & Dryer Hook ups...
Don't fool yourself, there are much better options available...
