Annoyed with lack of respect for "good" tenants

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
If you are thinking of moving into Polo Run in the future, may I suggest that you look elsewhere.
The first 2 years of my apartment renting experience weren't anything to complain about. They had good management then. Plus, it was affordable since I had just graduated from college. The two years ended arruptly with the following events occuring:
I have complained to Management several times about the noise level of rude tenants and they have told me they will send a letter and that they "care"; well the tenant STILL plays their stupid music so loud I cannot hear my TV and my floor & walls shake due to the bass. I have tried to knock on this tenant's door - I got told to go away. The tenants that Polo Run let move in seem to have no manners. It's like they don't care WHO they let live in their apartments and really don't care if it causes someone else a bad living situation. Or no sleep for their work day that starts at 6am.
It's gotten so bad that I had to call the police one night, because Polo Run wouldn't do anything about the noise level even after several complaints. The cop was so frustrated because they would not open their door or acknowledge him. He himself could not believe the noise level at 3am - on a weekday - and that nothing had been done prior. The next day I called the apartment complex to let them know what had happened and they responded that they'd like it better if I would let them know of these situations first before I involve to police.
So,I'm assuming my prior complaints must have just vanished into thin air!
I understand that some bad things about apartments are that rodents can happen however it shouldn't take forever for a situation to be fixed.
My story follows......
The apartment below me was vacant for a while and mice came in there and then decided to invade my kitchen space as well. I called Management and one of the really rude office staff member took my phone call. I explained to her the situation in which she decided to tell me that mice don't invade empty apartments and usually it is the cause of "a dirty individual". She then told me she'd have to send out maintenence to check out my apartment to conclude the mice were not there because of me!!!! I know I am a clean person, that's why I was so perturbed. Luckily Maintenence agreed with my cleanliness but the horror didn't stop there even after the maintence visit. They tried to tell me that I'd have to pay for a cleaning crew to come in and clean up the feces and get rid of the horrible smell. It finally took me calling Edward Rose Corporate to get the situation rectified. This went on for a terrible 3 weeks, when it should have been taken care of the 1st week when the mice were found!!!!!
My lease is up soon and I am actively looking for a new place to live. I cannot put myself through this anymore! I need sleep & respect for years of devotion to this apartment complex.
