I live at another Edward Rose property now - partly because I had such a good experience at Polo Run in the first place.
I lived a PR for two years in both one and two bedroom apartments at different parts of the property. I never had to wait more than a day or so for even the pettiest of maintenance problems. The landscaping is indeed, phenomenal. The grounds are well maintained at the buildings kept clean. A lot of the tennants are very sociable - I made a lot of friends while I lived at Polo Run. Every apartment has annoying neighbors at times - that's apartment life - but I never had much trouble with noise and if I did it disappeared after a complaint or two - the management staff WILL evict serious troublemakers!
