I recently just moved out of the dump they call Polo Run. It was the best decision I could have made. For anyone of you who are having maintenance problems, problems with management, problems with rude neighbors, noise compliance issues, etc - I was in your shoes and the problems never get fixed. Managment does not care. They only seem to care when their owners, Edward Rose, are involved. Then maybe, just maybe, they'll get it fixed. However, their owners like to make up a lot of excuses too. I will NEVER rent from another Edward Rose community again. If you are still there - seroiusly GET OUT!!!! You'll be happy you do when you don't have to dread going "home" anymore!!

I'd like to know where your ideal "perfect" apartment or "home" is. Because I have lived in many different apartments and houses. Every single apartment I have had problems with my neighbors (that is from REALLY nice to Greentree). There are always problems with neighbors even in houses. You can not pick your neighbors and not all people can be evicted easily enough. As for repairs, we are all aware that apartments are like schools and other buildings, they take care of the imperative problems first and if it is minor or something that can not be handled easily. Good luck with your perfect apartment. I'd love to see what you say is perfect.

I agree. I lived at Polo for a couple of years and really liked it. The grounds are superb - as good as any of the complexes in town that are 200-300 dollars more a month. My maintenance problems were always taken care of and I like the fact that management will evict neighbors if they are truly causing a problem in the community. I think people forget that they are not the only ones living in an apartment complex - if you want to feel like you're an owner, buy a house.

Thank you ariebsomer! I am so sick of people trashing this place! I've lived here forever and check this site regularly. These people either have been spoiled in a huuuge house with mommy and daddy where neighbors are miles away, or just plain stupid. ITS AN APARTMENT. And maintenance!!!...PLEASE! Every time I have an issue (big OR small) they take care of it that day! These people are just those kind of people who aren't happy unless they are crying and moaning about something. Lets please remember the important things in life people!!!

I agree with the original reviewer. Polo Run has to be one of the worst complexes in Greenwood. My fiancee and I are so happy to be out. I have serious suspicion toward anyone who gives a positive review of this place. My guess is that they work for Edward Rose and/or Polo Run.

I have lived in polo run for 3.5 years and only had problems with people around me. The office people are always nice to me and the maintenance people always fixes everything in my apartment. I have lived in nicer places and they werent that great. Dont get me wrong they are old buildings and they do have problems just like a house would. If you dont like it then move to a place that charges you more. Here I can live on my own and afford to have fun if I want. Home is were you make it and if you cant handle it then move.

Don't be so quick to pass judgement on someone for their opinion. I went through the same things as the original reviewer. You poor people who love living at Polo Run - you need to see the light. Maybe you'll see the light when management starts screwing you over! Have fun living in your "home" because I got out of there and now have a nice comfy apartment "home" to go to where they treat you like a human being!
