I have lived at Polo Run for 10 years. I have had my ups and downs but they were minor. Any time I had a problem it was always taken care of. Polo takes care of the complex. I have seen almost every building painted, seal coat parking lots, replace roofs, rebuild balconies for safety. The maintenance staff not only fixes things in your apartment, but I have seen them pick up trash, sweep and mop my entry, clean my laundry room and even pick up dog poop for the rude people who doesn't care. Anytime I have had a problem with a neighbor the office gets right on it. The office people have always been nice, empathetic, informative and professional. There is NOWHERE else to live in Greenwood for the price that takes care of the complex and residents. Give Polo a break!

I also see the maintenance guys doing these things around the complex, but when it comes to actually having an issue fixed inside my apartment the level of service drops tremendously. I'm glad you've had such good luck with them and that you're happy. I see no reason to give Polo Run a break, though, since nearly everyone else is having the same issues I am having.
