I had mice infesting my apartment for about 4 months before they did anything no matter how many times I called the office.
One time they left me on hold for like 30 minutes, then after that completely avoided me.
That place is disgusting, there's bugs on top of roaches.
My neighbors constantly called the cops on me when I wasn't even home.
It's a haven for white southside trash.
Worst apartment ever!!!!!!

Hmmm... I have lived there for 3 years and never saw a single mouse or bug. I would also say that that has something to do with the personal upkeep of the apartment. I could be wrong though.
Oh, I'm also not "white southside trash" but that is both uneducated and racist.

I lived in Polo Run several years and in that time I did endure a mouse situation like the original reviewer. I called to let the office know what was going on and the employee I spoke to tried to insist that it was because I was "probably dirty". They sent maintenance over to my apartment to investigate my cleanliness and to their shock, I was clean and it was THEIR problem. After 3 weeks of waiting for them to do something, I finally had to buy the traps and kill all the mice myself. My apartment reeked of mouse urine and feces! I called the office to see if they could at least send out someone to clean it with their stronger chemicals and they tried to charge me for it!!!!!! I finally had to get Edward Rose involved. It was ridiculous. After that, I gave up hope in Polo Run and their office. I eventually moved out. So, MonStar236 - people do run into these sort of problems regardless even if they are the cleanest of individuals with great personal upkeep.
