This is my second apartment and it is way better than the first. Everything is great except the maintenance. They will fix big problems like a leaking air conditioner ASAP but when you have small problems its hard to get anyone to show up. For example the lights go out alot but aren't replace for days and I have been waiting on a new screen door since I moved in they said they would order it so a month later I went to the office who was very nice they told me they had them in and put in another work order and its been another month and still no new door. Other then then that the place is great. It is a beautiful place the people are nice. I wish the gym had longer hours so that I could use it more but I would defiantly recommend the place. they also offer student discounts which is great for students trying to find a cheap place to live that is also safe and clean.
