Do not rent here, my roommate and I had nothing but a year of problems living at Sandstone. Maintenance is horrible, we had a maintenance issue at least once a month, and when we did it took at least 2 weeks to take care of. I had a hole in my bedroom wall, and the people below us in their bathroom ceiling and bedroom wall due to water damamge, this hole was left open for about a week and we could hear everything in their apartment and them us. We went without air conditioning for over a month in july-august. We had several electrical problems. The office staff is extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing.

Basically, if you can find anywhere else you can afford, go there.

i lived in sandstone apartments since 2002 and im not very happy with the new managers right now!they send me a note and said at this time there not going to renew my lease and im not sure whats the reason for? the walls are paper thin you can hear people walking on the top through the ceiling and you can hear people talking through the walls. and i dont like the parking you wont be able to get a good parking space unless you get there by 5:00 pm the latest. and i think the office staff are not honest and rude.

I don't know, hearing your neighbors and having to share parking, I would think, just go along with living in an apartment complex. You're not out in the woods by yourself, after all. And if it's such a lousy place to live, what does it matter why they aren't renewing your lease? Perhaps you've made it obvious you're not happy with their management? What landlord would want to keep you around? Paying your rent on time and following all the rules isn't necessarily all it takes to be considered a good tenant.

I am an awesome tenant and this place is horrible. You should not be able to hear your neighbor sneeze! If they are running your fan the apartment sounds like a nuclear reactor site. I promise this place is the absolute pits! Never ever move here.
