Bugs & noise

I hated living here, I saw a roach in our kitchen at least 3 times a week. They came in 3 times to exterminate, & it would seem to work at first, but they always came back. There were bugs everywhere. Also, our upstairs neighbor had the radio blaring 24 HOURS A DAY, directly above the bedroom. We had to resort to sleeping on a mattress in the living room it caused such a disturbance. We reported it to maintenence twice, who said they sent a notice to turn their radio down, but it never worked. You could hear every step the people above you took. I was completely miserable here. The only good thing I can recall is the outside landscape.
